Bella Aura Gentle Purifying Cleanser

You had probably seen me tested a lot of pH on my IG page. I do enjoy the low pH life because it’s what keeping my skin healthy since it doesn’t disrupt skin’s acid mantle. Our skin’s pH can be vary between 4.5-6.5. I tend to stay with a cleansers with a neutral pH or lower around our skin pH (pH scale is from 0-14 in which 7 is neutral, below 7 is acidic and above 7 is alkaline). You don’t want to be at either end of the spectrum; best to stick close to our skin’s pH 4.5-6.5. I really love foaming cleansers but often time they are too drying. Think more foam the higher the pH more drying. That’s why I always get excited when I found one that my skin like! This bring me to Bella Aura Gentle Purifying Cleanser! What is it? It’s a emulsion cleanser … [CLICK TO READ MORE]

One Day Trip-Meder Beauty USA

As I had mentioned on IG that Meder Beauty Science was a mysterious brand for me because I couldn’t find any detail information about it online. I was intrigued by the name ‘Beauty Science’. As I said before, I love trying new products so when I found out has a reviewer program…I joined! I like it because they send you free products to try in exchange for your honest review. Just so we’re clear, no matter how I received a product my opinion is my own.  You have my word on that! On to the review! Here’s my first package from them: Cracare AloeSoothing mask: ✨ 3 steps masking: apply ampoule, mask for 30 min, apply cream. ✨Light perfume scent, not too bad, disappeared quickly. ✨Thick ampoule. I had leftover even after applying to my neck ✨Skin feels hydrated afterwards. Maybe … [CLICK TO READ MORE]

Clarifying Glow Serum

I just noticed that I have never done a post explaining what my serum does or contains! Since many of you are using my serum now, I decided to sit down and write about it. I created this serum to target my skin concerns: acne, inflammation, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and sunspots. I chose the ingredients very carefully, and since I’m making this for myself and not for profit, I didn’t skimp on good ingredients; otherwise, what’s the point of making it yourself? Clarifying Glow Serum Ingredients: Aloe Barbadensis Juice, Rose hydrosol, Hydrocotyl (Centella Asiatica) Extract, Glycyrrhiza Glabra (Licorice) Root Extract, Salix Nigra (Willow) Bark Extract, Niacinamide, Squalane oil, Leuconostoc/Radish Root Ferment Filtrate, Bellis Perennis (Daisy) Flower Extract, N-acetylglucosamine, Glycerin (and) Leuconostoc/Radish Root Ferment Filtrate (and) Lonicera Japonica (Honeysuckle) Flower Extract (and) Lonicera Caprifolium (Honeysuckle) Extract (and) Populus Tremuloides Bark Extract (and) Gluconolactone), Sodium Levulinate, Sodium Anisate, Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract, Camellia … [CLICK TO READ MORE]

NIOD Copper Amino Isolate Serum Review

What is it? NIOD Copper Amino Isolate Serum Ingredients list Star ingredients                        Possible Acne trigger/not so good ingredients Aqua (Water), Sodium Hyaluronate Crosspolymer, Glycerin, Ethoxydiglycol, Pentylene Glycol, Copper Tripeptide-1, Myristoyl Nonapeptide-3, PPG-26 Buteth-26, PEG40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Ethylhexylglycerin, Chlorphenesin, Phenoxyethanol. I don’t see any ingredients that cause for concern here. It’s also clean when checked with Sodium Hyaluronate Crosspolymer: It’s derived from hyaluronic acid. HA has an unique ability to bind and retain water. “It’s water-binding and fills up the spaces between the connective fibers collagen and elastin in the dermis”. Therefore, in many studies topical application of LMWHA (low molecular weight HA) was demonstrated to improve skin moisturization and elasticity associated with significant reduction of wrinkle depth. HA is widely available in our body but decreasing rapidly as we aged. Ethoxydiglycol: is a synthetic solvent with a … [CLICK TO READ MORE]

Triethanolamine is used in makeup products such as eyeliners, mascara, eye shadows, blushers, make-up bases and foundations, as well as in fragrances, hair care products, hair dyes, wave sets, shaving products, sunscreens, and skin care and skin cleansing products. It acts as a pH adjuster in the formula, help with the emulsifying of water-soluble and oil-soluble ingredients; so they can blend together better.
