Timeless Hyaluronic Acid Serum

What is it?
Their website describes it as ‘anti-aging skin serum’. I call it hydrating serum. Sorry, but no anti-aging here. We all started aging the second we are born. I’m not anti aging either. I just want to look presentable at each stage of life ^-^’ aging gracefully is what they call it right? Lol Anyway, back to the review!

Ingredients list

From their website: water, magnesium ascorbyl phosphate, aloe barbadensis, glycerin, hyaluronic acid, matrixyl 3000™, benzylalcohol, dehydroacetic acid.

“vitamin c – antioxidant that evens skin tone and helps build collagen. We use a 5% concentration of Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate, which does not decay as rapidly as L-Ascorbic Acid.
hyaluronic acid – one of the most powerful hydrating and moisturizing ingredients on the market today. Holds up to 1000 times its weight in water. This serum contains 1% HA.
matrixyl 3000™ – major wrinkle fighting ingredient used as an alternative to Retin A. Increases collagen synthesis up to 350%. We use a 1.5% concentration for maximum results.”

Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate: stable, water soluble derivative of Vitamin C. Unlike L-Ascorbic Acid, it doesn’t require low pH to be stable. It works best at pH 6-7. It is considered light-stable and oxygen-stable. It can helps increase skin’s hydration levels and have the potential to boost skin collagen synthesis.

Matrixyl 3000: Created by Sederma
INCI Name: Glycerin (and) Water (and) Butylene Glycol (and) Carbomer (and) Polysorbate 20 (and) Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1 (and) Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7

Matrixyl® 3000 is a synergy of two matrikines (basically peptides), Pal-GHK and Pal-GQPR. These peptides are able to regulate cell activities, sending signals for cells to repair and reconstruct. Many product include this for anti-wrinkle benefits.

Who is it for?
All skin types especially sensitive, dry skin.

How do you use it?
I use it in my serum step. Normally, I include actives serum and hydrating serum in my routines. So this will be a hydrating serum for me. I use 4 drops for my whole face.

Price & place to buy
You can buy this on amazon or on their website http://www.timelessha.com/hyaluronic-acid-vitamin-c-serum-1-oz/ for $19.95
I was gifted this serum to try but that has nothing to do with how I review the product.

My results
I finished almost half of the bottle, used it everyday at least once a day. So that’s more than a month now. It’s a very nice product with load of hydration. I love the texture, it’s not sticky at all but makes your skin very smooth and it glides on very well, so smooth like silicone. Most important is that it doesn’t balls up like many other hydrate serums. For dry skin folks you guys won’t noticed it but for combination skin like me it’s a pain when product balls up! If you have damage skin barrier I recommend you adding this to help build up your hydration level. All the ingredients in this serum is hydration focus! You see how many times I use hydration here?? Lol
I don’t have wrinkle yet so I cannot say anything about that. I do have some forehead wrinkles popping up but it didn’t disappear after using this serum. Skin doesn’t regenerate that quickly anyway. If you want to improve your wrinkles or erase your sunspots give products at least 12 weeks. I didn’t use it that long yet!
Overall, I like the product. My only wish is that they increase the matrixyl 3000™ to at least 3%

Worth repurchase?
Yes! Especially for the price point. Don’t spend too much money for hydration products but save it for more active one!
